Add more greenery to your space by adding this super simple window plant display! This sits right next to one of my south facing windows and is perfect space to add some life and color!
Materials:
- Pine lumber cut to your preferred length and width
- Stain color of your choice
- Polyurethane
- I coated my board in clear epoxy, but polyurethane works well also
- Legs
Step 1 – Cut the lumber to your preferred length. Lightly sand, and stain the wood.
I used Varathane Kona. See my post for more details on staining wood.
Step 2 – Coat with polyurethane
Add at least 3-4 coats of Polyurethane. If you are planning to put greenery on this table, then it needs to be a bit more water resistant. For my table, I used a clear coat of epoxy resin. If you are familiar with epoxy, it’s an excellent choice.
Step 3 – Attach Legs to bottom
Step 5 – Decorate with your choice of greenery!
